Do you offer airport transfers?+
Yes. Chauffeured Mercedes or Rolls-Royce transfers can be booked with your reservation, or arranged up to two hours before you arrive. Guests pressed for time may use our helipad from 07:00 to 22:00 — a twelve-minute hop from the international airport. Either service may be posted to your suite account.
What ages are admitted?+
The resort welcomes adult guests aged 18 and over, consistent with our gaming licence and the atmosphere we maintain. Government-issued photo ID may be requested at check-in. Younger guests are welcome at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge can arrange bookings and transfers between both estates.
Are pets welcome?+
Selected ground-floor suites and Garden Villas accept pets on request, subject to a one-time cleaning fee. Dogs receive a complimentary welcome kit (bed, bowls, treats), twice-daily walks, and grooming on request. Cats may travel in carriers; suites lack litter facilities — please advise us ahead of arrival.
Can you host private events?+
Yes. Two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, a beach pavilion, and the rotunda are available for private hire, seating from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and milestone celebrations are a specialty; our events director delivers a proposal within forty-eight hours of your first enquiry.
